Draining massage
Light, rhythmic, flowing strokes inspired by aesthetic lymphatic drainage, for lighter legs and a lighter body.
Draining massage is the lightest of my massages, and the most surprising for anyone trying it for the first time. There is almost no pressure: slow, rhythmic movements, always travelling in the same direction, from the ankles towards the thighs, the wrists towards the shoulders, the abdomen towards the sides. That steady, almost hypnotic rhythm brings a particular kind of relaxation and a feeling of lightness you notice above all in the legs.
I draw on the aesthetic lymphatic drainage techniques I trained in during 2026, applied here purely for wellbeing: the aim is lighter legs and a more comfortable abdomen at the end of the day, after a flight, in summer, or at times when you feel puffy. It is not medical drainage and I never present it as such. Organic oils, used sparingly so as not to get in the way of the strokes.
In 60 minutes I work the legs and abdomen, the areas where the feeling of lightness is most marked. In 90 minutes I add the arms, back and face for a whole-body draining massage, and 120 minutes lets me slow everything down further. Many of my clients alternate it with the toning body massage over several weeks. At the Antibes studio or at your place, with complete discretion.

Good to know
- This is a wellness massage with an aesthetic and relaxing purpose, not medical lymphatic drainage; for any health question, your doctor remains the person to ask.
- Let me know about pregnancy, fever, a current infection, or a known venous or heart condition: I will tell you whether the session can go ahead or is better postponed.
- Drink a large glass of water before and after the session, and avoid a heavy meal beforehand if I am going to work on the abdomen.
Questions about this massage
Does draining massage help you lose weight?
No, and I would rather be clear about that. It gives a feeling of lightness and a more comfortable abdomen, often noticeable from the first session, but it does not replace diet or exercise. Many clients combine it with the toning body massage as part of an overall wellness routine.
Why is the pressure so light?
Because draining strokes work at the surface, just beneath the skin, through slow, repeated movements in a specific direction. Pressing harder would add nothing and make the session less pleasant. If you like to feel pressure, pair it with a Swedish massage or choose the toning massage, which is more vigorous.
How many sessions before I feel a difference?
You feel the lightness from the very first session, usually for one to three days. For a more lasting effect, one session a week for four to six weeks, then one a month, is the rhythm I most often suggest. We adjust it together according to how you feel.
