Foot reflexology
Gentle, precise pressure across the soles of the feet, for a relaxation that spreads through the whole body.
We underestimate what our feet carry: our weight, our days on our feet, shoes that are too narrow, and a good share of our nervous fatigue. The wellness foot reflexology I practise is based on gentle, precise thumb pressure across the whole sole, from the toes to the heel, then over the top of the foot and around the ankles.
The session is deeply relaxing, far more than most people expect before they have tried it. The pace is slow, each area is covered several times, and the relaxation rises gradually into the legs and then through the whole body. I approach it as a wellness massage with no medical claim: the aim is a sense of balance and lightness, and nothing more than that. I use a balm or a certified organic oil.
In 60 minutes both feet and ankles receive full, unhurried attention, with time on the calves to finish. In 90 and 120 minutes I pair it with a back or full-body massage, which makes it an ideal way to close a longer session. You stay fully dressed, simply barefoot, in an armchair or on my table, at the Antibes studio or at your place.

Good to know
- The reflexology I offer is a wellness practice; it diagnoses nothing and replaces no medical care.
- Tell me about pregnancy, a foot or ankle injury, a fungal infection or an open wound: I postpone or adapt the session.
- If you are very ticklish, do not worry: thumb pressure is firm and slow, which usually avoids any tickling sensation.
Questions about this massage
Is foot reflexology a medical practice?
No, and I make no promise of that kind. What I offer is a deeply relaxing foot massage, using gentle pressure, which brings overall relaxation and a sense of balance. If you have a health question, your doctor is the right person to ask; I look after your wellbeing.
Do I have to undress?
No. You simply take off your shoes and socks and lie down or recline, fully dressed. Wear trousers that roll up easily to the knee if you would like me to work on the calves too.
Can I give it to an elderly person?
It is one of the loveliest gifts you can give. The session takes place fully dressed and without any effort on their part, and I travel to homes throughout Antibes and along the Riviera. I adapt the pressure and the length to the person, and take time to talk before we begin.
