The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, an audience measurement tool that sets no cookies and collects no personal data: visits are counted in an aggregated, anonymous way. No consent banner is therefore required. Clicks on the call, WhatsApp and booking buttons are counted in the same way, without identification.

When you use a contact or booking form on this site, the information entered (name, phone, e-mail, requested date and treatment, message) is stored with Supabase, on servers located in Paris, for the sole purpose of handling your request and organising the appointment. It is kept for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted.

Exchanges via WhatsApp, Instagram or Google are subject to the privacy policies of those services (Meta, Google), which are independent of this site. The information you share there (name, number, request) is used only to answer your appointment request.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Write to contact@ckmassage.fr; you will receive a reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
